Can I use BTZ on the Bunz Facebook groups?

No, unfortunately BTZ cannot be used in the Bunz Facebook groups as in traded directly on Facebook, but you can link your items/Bunz profile in your post in the Zones if you would like to direct members back to your Bunz App profile.
